The rules for using this website. Everything here is general information, not advice, and reading it does not make you a client.
Last updated 22 October 2026
These terms govern your use of nextraisehq.com, operated by NextRaise LLC ("NextRaise", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site describes what NextRaise does and how to reach us. Everything on it is general information, not advice. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, credit, financial, investment, tax or accounting advice, and you should not act on it without professional guidance suited to your situation.
NextRaise is not a law firm and does not practise law. Nothing here creates an attorney-client relationship. Our writing about lending rules, model risk, licensing or compliance describes how we approach the work; it is not a legal opinion about your business.
Using the site, reading our blog or newsletter, or sending us a message does not make you a client. We become engaged only under a written agreement signed by both of us. Where such an agreement exists, it governs that work and takes precedence over these terms for anything it covers.
When you use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, give us information that is accurate and that you have the right to share. Do not send confidential borrower data, personal information about your customers, trade secrets or anything covered by a confidentiality obligation; the form is an unsecured mailbox. We handle what you send as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.
Please do not:
The site, its text, design, graphics and the NextRaise name and logo belong to NextRaise or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes, with attribution. You may not republish, sell or build a competing or derivative work from our content without our written permission.
Third-party names and logos shown on this site belong to their owners. They indicate where members of our team have worked or which companies we have served. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement by those companies.
Where we link out, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or their privacy practices.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we may update our content without notice. We do not promise the site will always be available or error-free.
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete or current, or that the site is free of harmful components. Case studies and figures describe past work and are not a prediction of your results.
To the fullest extent the law allows, NextRaise and its members, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of your use of this site, however caused and on any theory of liability.
Our total liability for all claims relating to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect any separate signed engagement agreement, which has its own terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold NextRaise harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the site in breach of these terms or of applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the site.
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Questions about these terms go to logan@nextraisehq.com, or write to NextRaise LLC, New York, NY.
