Who we are

NextRaise LLC ("NextRaise", "we", "us") is an implementation services firm based in New York, NY. This policy explains what we collect through nextraisehq.com, why we collect it and what we do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do under a signed engagement is governed by that agreement, not by this policy.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, job title and company, along with any message you choose to write. Every field except the message is required, because we need them to reply sensibly. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the email address you enter.

Please do not send us confidential borrower data, personal information about your customers, or anything subject to a confidentiality obligation through the contact form. It is a mailbox, not a secure channel. We will set one up once we are working together.

Information collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs when you load a page, including your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser's user agent. We use these only to operate and secure the site.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this site. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other websites. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange a call
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it
• To keep the site running, secure and free from abuse
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We will not add you to our newsletter because you used the contact form.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that make the site work, and only as far as each one needs:

• Vercel hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used here, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where we need to establish or defend a legal claim. If our business is ever sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form submissions for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to 24 months afterwards, so that we remember the context if you come back. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept on our host's standard schedule, which is a matter of days. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and submissions travel encrypted. Access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the people at NextRaise who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply to any email from us asking to be removed. To make a request, email logan@nextraisehq.com. We will respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, our basis for handling your information is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, or your consent where you gave it, such as for the newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time and may complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA defines those terms.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and information you send us is processed there. Privacy laws in the United States may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be called out here.
